- Data processed: the questions typed in the help window and the latest exchanges of the conversation. No name or email address is requested: please do not enter any personal information.
- Provider: the questions are sent to Anthropic (United States), which provides the artificial intelligence model that generates the answers. [To be checked: contracting entity and safeguards for this transfer outside the European Union, as set out in Anthropic’s terms.]
- Retention: Beacon Mag does not store conversations on its servers; they stay in your browser until the tab is closed. Anthropic processes them under its own terms.
- Abuse prevention: to limit the number of questions per visitor, an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address is kept for 48 hours at most.
- Answers are generated automatically and may contain errors.
