Restart an asteroid-breaking station in Nyx, make its lenses and fire the super laser to crack an asteroid open.

QV Breaker stations surround the Keeger Belt in the Nyx system: they were built to split giant asteroids. Operation Rock Cracker asks you to bring them back online: restore power, collect the codes, make lenses from Sadaryx crystals, align the refractors, load the catalyst, then fire the super laser.

It is a puzzle and exploration mission more than a combat one, ideal for a small group. The reward: access to mining inside the cracked asteroid and its rare resources.

1. 📋 Shubin claim (Nyx) : Buy a shared or exclusive claim.
2. 🛰️ Station QV Breaker (Keeger Belt) : Land and enter the station.
3. ⚔️ Mining area (Station) : Get 4 capacitors from the drones.
4. 💻 Power core (Upper level) : Place the capacitors and pull the lever.
5. 💻 Operations (Lift) : Restart terminal: codes for refractors B and C.
6. 🏭 Warehouse (By train) : Take the catalyst, and the refractor A code at the logistics office.
7. 💻 Laser area (Lift) : Make the lenses (4 Sadaryx), place them, insert the catalyst.
8. 💀 Control room (Laser) : Fire the super laser: the asteroid opens.

🧭 Steps

1. Buy the claim : Buy a Shubin claim for a Breaker station (shared or exclusive), then fly there: land below the laser, service entrance.
2. Restore power : Get 4 capacitors from the mining area drones, place them in the power core, pull the lever.
3. Restart : Lift to operations: the restart terminal gives the codes for refractors B and C.
4. Warehouse : Take the train to the warehouse: the catalyst, and the refractor A code at the logistics office.
5. Make the lenses : Collect 12 Sadaryx (behind ice walls), make 3 lenses of 4 Sadaryx each and place them at the alignment slots.
6. Load the catalyst : Insert the catalyst on the far side of the laser and enter the refractor codes.
7. Fire : Laser control room: fire. The asteroid opens and its inside becomes minable.

💡 Advanced tips

• The laser can fire without lenses or refractors, with a single catalyst: yield is just lower
• For maximum yield: 3 lenses, 4 catalysts and all 3 refractors aligned
• Take the gondola or follow the ring to reach operations
• One warehouse key is in the office, the other on the elite enemy
• Exclusive claims have a clinic (T1 medical bed)

• Going to the warehouse without noting code A
• Forgetting to insert the catalyst before firing
• Coming without a mining head for the Sadaryx
• Leaving the open asteroid unguarded

• Enemies and creatures in the station
