Clear an underground bunker of its hostile occupants, contract after contract, in on-foot combat.

Bunker missions are the first step into paid FPS combat. The contract sends you to a bunker on a moon: you land, go in, take out the marked targets and leave. Contracts get harder as your reputation grows, up to heavily guarded bunkers.

It is also the best school for on-foot combat: healing, ammo and cover management. Watch out for defence turrets and security guards, who are not always targets.

🔑 Requirements

  • A ship to reach the bunker
  • A mercenary contract (mobiGlas Mercenary tab)
  • No reputation needed for the first contracts
  • Basic FPS kit

🚀 Recommended ships

🧰 Recommended equipment

  • Medium armour and helmet
  • Assault rifle or SMG, plus a backup weapon
  • Medpens and a multitool with healing
  • Plenty of ammo and a flashlight

🧭 Steps

  1. Take a contract : Open the mobiGlas Mercenary tab and pick a bunker contract at the right level.
  2. Gear up : Armour, two weapons, healing and ammo. In Beacon OPS, Crafting tab, see what you can build.
  3. Approach : Land out of turret range, then reach the entrance on foot or in a vehicle.
  4. Identify targets : Only red-marked targets are hostile. Security guards must not be shot.
  5. Clear : Move room by room, check corners and heal between fights.
  6. Loot : Take weapons and armour from enemies and crates to sell or keep.
  7. Complete : The contract completes once all targets are down. Leave before other players show up.

💡 Advanced tips

  • Chain contracts at the same bunker or moon
  • A long-range weapon outside, a short one for corridors
  • Keep a medpen on your quick bar
  • Play as two: one covers, one moves
  • Sell loot at weapon shops

⚠️ Common mistakes

  • Landing in front of the turrets
  • Shooting a security guard
  • Going in without healing
  • Leaving your ship unlocked

☠️ Risks

  • Defence turrets on approach
  • Security guards: shooting them gives a CrimeStat
  • Enemies waiting in stairwells
  • Death: you lose the gear you wore unless recovered

💰 Profitability

Modest but steady, especially early on. The real reward is looted gear and reputation, which unlocks better-paid contracts.

❓ FAQ

Do I need a big ship?
No: any ship will get you to the bunker. A Cutlass or a rescue Pisces helps with healing.

Why did I get a CrimeStat?
You hit a security guard or a turret of a friendly bunker. Check marker colours.

Can we do bunkers in a group?
Yes: share the contract with your party; pay is split.

What loot should I keep?
Good armour and weapons: they sell well or serve for harder missions.
