Discovered in the 25th century, Oretani was being developed when the unthinkable happened: its jump point collapsed. Thousands of terraformers and their families were cut off from the rest of humanity. Scientists searched for decades for another way in, then hope faded. No one knows whether anyone survived. The data below comes from surveys made before the collapse.
