📜 Its history

The U9A Hawk was developed in 2935 for the UEE’s Project BRAWLER, a single-seat close-range fighter. With a tighter budget than Aegis’s Bearcat, Anvil reused Hornet parts. In trials with the 999th Test Squadron, the technically superior Bearcat struggled with the mission goals while the Hawk passed with flying colours: Anvil won the contract and delivered the first one in October 2938, though the Navy only adopted it in limited numbers.
