The Reliant is MISC’s small two-seater, whose wings pivot between space and atmospheric flight. The Mako version is built for news reporting: an image enhancement suite and turret-mounted optics to capture every moment clearly.

📜 Its history

In 2946, after the success of the Freelancer’s “Built for Life” campaign, MISC launched the “Boomerang” project, the future Reliant: a small single-pilot ship developed at both the MISC plant in Saisei and the Xi’an plant in Shorvu, by designer Edward Alburn and engineer Monica Feyez. Aimed at the same pilots as RSI’s Aurora and Consolidated Outland’s Mustang, it was approved for sale in 2946.
