The Perseus is RSI’s modern answer for civilian and paramilitary operations, inspired by its historic gunship: able to destroy sub-capital goliaths while engaging multiple threats at once.

📜 Its history

The first Perseus was built in the late 2520s, shortly before the Xi’an-Human Cold War, and often patrolled the Perry Line. RSI ended production in 2863 for lack of Navy interest. In 2946, during Operation Mandrake in the Vanduul War, the ageing Perseus UEES Achilles took down two Vanduul destroyers before being damaged beyond repair. Admiral Ernst Bishop then lobbied RSI to restart production, and a modernised civilian version came out under the Militia Mobilization Initiative, at the Intergalactic Aerospace Expo 2950.
