Retake a QV station besieged by the Vanduul in Nyx, hunt down five lieutenants and loot a Polaris.

This InterSec Defense Solutions investigation sends you to a QV station in Nyx besieged by the Vanduul, where smugglers traffic Vanduul technology. The mission has seven parts, mixing space and on-foot combat: defend the Polaris, lift the lockdown, decrypt the data, clear the cargo decks, board the Polaris, search the wrecks, then enter the auxiliary station.

Five lieutenants carry the keys and data: one in the security room, one on each cargo deck, one on the Polaris, one in the auxiliary station. The key loot: Testudo armour crates and Vanduul trade items.

1. 📋 InterSec (mobiGlas · Investigation) : Reach Junior Contractor rank, accept Vanduul-Tech Smugglers.
2. 🛰️ Besieged QV station (Nyx) : Shoot down 4 Vanduul fighters, land in the medium hangar.
3. 💻 Maintenance room (Station) : Lift the lockdown: put the lever back down.
4. 💻 Security room (Station) : Beat the ambush leader, insert the decryption key.
5. ⚔️ Cargo decks A and B (Station) : Two lieutenants, turrets: recover the data.
6. 🚀 Polaris (Docked at the station) : Lieutenant on the bridge, 6 Testudo crates.
7. ⚔️ Wrecks (Around the station) : Search 3 wrecks (4 fighters each): access card on a body.
8. 🎁 Auxiliary station (Nyx) : Last lieutenant, 8 Vanduul bodies to loot, Testudo crates.

🧭 Steps

1. Unlock the mission : Reach Junior Contractor rank with InterSec: the mission shows up in the Investigation tab.
2. Defend the Polaris : Shoot down 4 Vanduul fighters, then land in the station’s medium hangar.
3. Lift the lockdown : Maintenance room: clear the enemies, put the lever back down. Ambush in the atrium.
4. Decrypt the data : Security room: beat the ambush leader, take their key and insert it at the terminal.
5. Cargo decks A and B : Take out the two lieutenants, watch the turrets, bring the data back to the terminal.
6. Board the Polaris : Through the hangar or by EVA: a lieutenant on the bridge, 6 Testudo crates aboard.
7. Wrecks : Search the 3 wrecks (4 fighters at each): the access card is on a lieutenant’s body.
8. Auxiliary station : Open the door with the card, repair the pipes, loot the 8 Vanduul bodies and the crates.

💡 Advanced tips

• Use stations and asteroids as cover against fighters
• Cargo deck freight elevators lead to your hangar: handy for loot
• The cargo decks are easier than security
• Ambush doors can trigger again on the way back
• Warehouse: encode the passcode disk with the 3 server racks (security, Polaris, auxiliary station)

• Leaving the station without expecting a Vanduul wave
• Forgetting to bring the data back to the security terminal
• Ignoring the cargo deck turrets
• Leaving before searching the auxiliary station

• Vanduul fighter waves every time you leave
• Ambushes in the station, respawning enemies
• Turrets on the cargo decks
• Forced close-quarters fight on the Polaris
