Star Citizen ship: Aegis Gladius Pirate Edition, light fighter

The Gladius Pirate Edition takes the Gladius light fighter in pirate colours (the official Ship Matrix gives no description of its own for this version).

📜 Its history

The Gladius was developed by Aegis in the 26th century to replace the Stiletto interceptors, and first saw action in the First Tevarin War. In 2944, as squadrons moved to the F7A Hornet and the F8 Lightning went to elite units, the Navy began auctioning older Gladius to planetary governments and approved mercenaries, stripped of their classified technology.
