Star Citizen ship: Aegis Gladius Valiant, light fighter

The Gladius Valiant, from the “Masters of Flight” series, honours defence pilot Condi Hillard, the first human on record to defeat a Vanduul in combat. A dogfighting loadout and a special livery in her honour.

📜 Its history

The Gladius was developed by Aegis in the 26th century to replace the Stiletto interceptors, and first saw action in the First Tevarin War. In 2944, as squadrons moved to the F7A Hornet and the F8 Lightning went to elite units, the Navy began auctioning older Gladius to planetary governments and approved mercenaries, stripped of their classified technology.
