Terra is the only system in the Empire named after its capital planet rather than its star. Ever more influential since its discovery, it even tried to keep a progressive stance under the Messers. That perseverance has made it a centre of power almost on a par with Earth.

🪐 Its worlds, from the star outwards
Terra I · Aero (mesoplanet)
Aero, a mesoplanet rich in minerals, but too harsh to mine easily.
Its moons:
- Petram (Terra 1a): Petram, a small carbonaceous asteroid captured by Aero.
- Petrus (Terra 1b): Petrus, an irregular moon on an inclined orbit.
Terra II · Pike (rocky planet)
Pike, airless, covered in thousands of mines running almost nonstop to supply the system.
👥 inhabited
Its moon:
- Toja (Terra 2a): Toja, whose far side is heavily scarred by impacts.
Terra III · Terra (super-Earth)
Terra, a natural oxygen-rich Earth, named after humanity’s birthplace. Now one of the Empire’s jewels, it is home to the Transitionalist movement, which sees it as the UEE’s future capital.
👥 inhabited
Its moon:
- Eda (Terra 3a): Eda, as massive as our Moon, but so close to Terra that it causes stronger tides than on Earth.
Terra IV · Gen (super-Earth)
Gen, a terraformed super-Earth on the edge of the habitable zone: less famous than Terra, but a political and military hub coordinating the region’s diplomacy and deployments.
👥 inhabited
☄️ Belts, clusters and stations
- Marisol Belt (asteroid belt): The Marisol Belt, on the system’s outer reaches, not yet depleted.
- Henge Cluster (asteroid cluster): The Henge Cluster, rich in materials, almost entirely claimed by major mining outfits.
- INS Reilly (space station): A space station.
- IAS Hammett (space station): A space station.
- ICS Evolen (space station): A space station.
